At Vovane, we aim to provide clear, transparent, and reliable delivery expectations. This policy explains how orders are processed and delivered within the United States.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
We do not ship to:
• Alaska (AK)
• Hawaii (HI)
• Puerto Rico (PR)
• APO/FPO addresses
• U.S. territories
Orders placed from restricted regions may be canceled and fully refunded.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Optional services such as White Glove delivery may be available for select items at an additional cost. Any applicable fee will be clearly displayed before checkout.
There are no hidden delivery fees or unexpected carrier charges upon delivery.
Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM Pacific Time
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT begin processing the same business day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Processing may include:

Processing Time: 3–5 Business Days
Transit Time: 7–12 Business Days

Delivery timelines are based on standard carrier operations and may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons.
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days from the shipping date, please contact our support team at support@vovane.com. We will investigate the shipment and provide an appropriate solution, which may include continued delivery support, a replacement, or a refund where applicable.
Duties & Taxes
All applicable sales tax and import-related costs are calculated and included at checkout.
Customers will not be required to pay additional duties, taxes, or carrier fees upon delivery.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery includes transportation to the nearest accessible location at the delivery address.
This may include:
• Curbside delivery
• Threshold delivery (where available)
Standard delivery does not include:
• In-home placement
• Assembly or installation
• Packaging removal
• Removal of existing furniture or fixtures
Optional White Glove Delivery
White Glove delivery may be available for select products at an additional cost.
Where available, this service may include:
• In-home delivery
• Placement in the room of your choice
• Basic unpacking
• Light assembly (when applicable)
• Packaging removal
White Glove service does not include:
• Electrical work
• Wall mounting
• Plumbing work
• Disposal of existing furniture
Tracking & Shipment Updates
Once your order ships, you will receive:
• A shipping confirmation email
• Tracking information
• Carrier transit updates
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment confirmation.
Delivery Inspection & Damage Reporting
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If visible damage is identified at the time of delivery, you may refuse the shipment or note the issue with the carrier before accepting the package.
If any damage, defect, incorrect item, or missing part is discovered after delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Approved Damage Claims
For verified shipping damage, product defects, incorrect items, or missing parts, Vovane will provide one of the following solutions at no additional cost:
• A replacement item
• Replacement parts when applicable
• A full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately based on product availability and logistics scheduling.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
