Elevated Delivery, Thoughtfully Executed
Vovane offers optional White Glove delivery for eligible furniture items within the contiguous United States.
This premium service is designed to provide in-home placement and basic assembly for select furniture items only.
White Glove delivery is not available for lighting products, chandeliers, pendants, wall sconces, ceiling lights, or any hardwired fixtures. Lighting products must be installed by a licensed electrician or qualified professional arranged by the customer.
What White Glove Service Includes
When selected at checkout and available for an eligible furniture item, White Glove delivery may include:
• In-home delivery
• Placement in the room of your choice
• Basic assembly of eligible furniture items
• Removal of packaging materials
What Is Not Included
White Glove service does not include:
• Electrical wiring or electrical modifications
• Wall mounting or permanent installation
• Installation of lighting, chandeliers, pendants, sconces, ceiling lights, or fixtures
• Plumbing work
• Disposal or removal of existing furniture
• Moving existing furniture inside the home
• Structural modifications to doorways, walls, staircases, or elevators
Service Availability
White Glove delivery is available only for select eligible furniture items within the contiguous United States.
If White Glove delivery is available for your order, the service option and applicable fee will be clearly displayed before checkout.
If the White Glove option is not displayed at checkout, this service is not available for that order or item.
No White Glove delivery fee will be added after checkout.
White Glove Service Fees
White Glove delivery is optional and is charged only when selected by the customer before checkout.
The White Glove delivery fee is calculated based on the number of eligible furniture items in the order:
• 1 eligible furniture item: $300
• 2 eligible furniture items: $500
• Each additional eligible furniture item: +$200
For example:
• 1 item: $300
• 2 items: $500
• 3 items: $700
• 4 items: $900
All applicable White Glove service fees will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
The amount paid at checkout is the final amount charged for the order, excluding no additional White Glove fees after checkout.
Lighting Products
White Glove delivery is not available for lighting products.
This includes:
• Chandeliers
• Pendant lights
• Wall sconces
• Ceiling lights
• Hardwired fixtures
• Any product requiring electrical installation
Lighting products include standard delivery only unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for arranging installation with a licensed electrician or qualified professional.
Vovane does not provide electrical installation, wiring, mounting, or fixture installation services.
Preparing for Delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring the item can be safely delivered into the home.
Before delivery, please measure:
• Doorways
• Hallways
• Staircases
• Elevators
• Room entrances
• Final placement area
Customers are also responsible for clearing the intended placement area before the delivery appointment.
Delivery teams are not able to move or remove existing furniture.
If delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations, the White Glove service fee may not be refundable.
Scheduling
Once your eligible furniture order is ready for final delivery, the logistics partner will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.
Delivery timing follows the estimated processing and shipping timeline shown on the product page and in our Shipping Policy.
White Glove delivery does not shorten production, processing, or transit time.
Delivery Day
An adult 18 years or older must be present to receive the order.
Assembly and placement services apply only to eligible furniture items.
Please inspect the item at the time of delivery and report any visible damage before the delivery team leaves when possible.
Small Parcel Delivery
Smaller items are typically shipped through parcel carriers and include standard delivery only.
Standard delivery does not include in-home placement, assembly, installation, or packaging removal.
