Order confirmation does not mean that your order has been fully accepted or shipped.

Vovane provides free standard shipping on all orders within our domestic coverage area, which is the contiguous United States.
Any applicable sales taxes or optional services, such as White Glove delivery when explicitly selected by the customer, will be clearly calculated and displayed before payment confirmation.
There are no hidden fees, dynamic localized price increases, or unexpected charges upon delivery.
Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize Vovane to process payment accordingly.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines and delivery expectations are provided in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Our estimated delivery time is 10–17 business days, including order processing and standard transit time.
Occasional delays may occur due to carrier operations, extreme weather, or peak seasonal demand.
Vovane bears full responsibility and risk of loss for your items during transit.
Risk of loss and title for the products transfer to you only after the carrier confirms delivery to your specified shipping address.
Nothing in this section limits or restricts your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If visible damage is identified at the time of delivery, you may refuse the shipment or note the damage with the carrier before accepting the package.
If any damage, defect, incorrect item, or missing part is discovered after delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Non-defective returns will be accepted when the request is submitted within 30 days of delivery and the item is unused, uninstalled, and returned with all original packaging and components.
For verified damage, defects, incorrect items, or missing parts, Vovane will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.
8. Custom or Made-to-Order Products
Custom or made-to-order products may be canceled before production begins.
Once production begins, custom or made-to-order products become non-cancellable and non-refundable except in cases of verified damage or manufacturing defects.
9. Product Dimensions and Access
Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions before placing an order.
We recommend measuring doorways, hallways, staircases, elevators, and final placement areas to ensure the product can be delivered successfully.
Packaging dimensions may exceed the listed product dimensions.
If delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations, delivery-related service fees may not be refundable.
10. Optional White Glove Delivery
White Glove delivery may be available for select products at an additional cost.
Where available, this service may include in-home delivery, placement in the room of your choice, basic unpacking, light assembly when applicable, and packaging removal.
White Glove service does not include electrical work, wall mounting, plumbing work, or disposal of existing furniture.
