These Billing Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Vovane and are intended to provide clear and transparent payment information.
1. Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers.
Vovane does not store or directly process full credit card information.
2. Billing Currency
All orders are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
If your payment method uses a different currency, exchange rates and foreign transaction fees may apply. These are determined by your bank or payment provider and are not controlled by Vovane.
3. Payment Authorization
Payment is collected at the time the order is placed.
Orders will only enter processing after successful payment authorization and confirmation.
If payment authorization fails, the order will not be processed.
4. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and current tax regulations.
The total amount, including any applicable taxes, will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
5. Pricing Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure all pricing information is accurate.
In the event of a pricing or listing error, Vovane reserves the right to:
- Cancel the affected order
- Correct the pricing information
- Contact the customer for confirmation before proceeding
If an order is canceled due to a pricing error, a full refund will be issued.
6. Discounts & Promotions
- Only one promotional code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated
- Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been completed
- Promotions may be subject to additional terms and availability

8. Fraud Prevention & Order Review
To protect customers and maintain transaction security, orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention purposes.
Additional verification may be requested for certain transactions.
Orders identified as high-risk may be delayed, adjusted, or canceled with notification.
9. Duties & Import Charges
For deliveries within the contiguous United States, all applicable sales tax and import-related costs are calculated and included at checkout.
Customers will not be required to pay additional import duties, customs fees, carrier fees, delivery surcharges, or other unexpected charges upon delivery.
Vovane provides free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
The amount displayed at checkout is the final amount charged for the order, excluding any optional services voluntarily selected by the customer, such as White Glove delivery.
